It conveys our commitment to serving you, while subtly shifting the focus away from ourselves. Mitchell Adler, Broker,

Best of Miami Beach, BHI, Florida

Janet Adler Realty, LLC, NY, NY

Mitchell is about creativity. He is expert in being heard in a noisy marketplace. Whatever challenges that you face he has the vision, experience and dedication to solving the fiercest of challenges. Doing the impossible is probably.

They said it can’t be done: Before entering the real estate industry in 1992, Mitchell was a top producer in the business machines sector. He took a bold step by presenting the ADLER Satellite III portable typewriter to IBM, the world’s largest business machines manufacturer. Upon entering their NYC office, one man in a blue suit burst into laughter, prompting the entire room to join in. Less than 30 minutes later, he walked out with an initial order of six units. Over the next two years, he sold 200,000 machines to IBM, generating $100 million in wholesale revenue.

Mitchell brought this can-do attitude to Feathered Nest, the largest rental agency in Manhattan, where he worked with approximately five clients daily, exposing him to hundreds of properties each month. This experience seamlessly transitioned into his sales role at Halstead.

A notable achievement early in his career came when his patent attorney referred a seller. While similar units sold for $750,000 fully renovated, this particular unit needed work and didn’t appraise above $550,000. Thinking outside the box, he listed it at $995,000 ‘as is,’ and ultimately sold it for $1 million Almost double its value.

Citizen Adler reporting for duty: Following the 9/11 tragedy, Mitchell joined the US Coast Guard Auxiliary as a civilian volunteer. After rigorous training, he became a certified crewman, earning three Crewman of the Year awards. He served over 3,300 hours on the water and reached the level of BOAT FORCES, continuing his service to this day. He co-chaired a start up program for volunteer chefs and brought it to national attention. Now as a recognized USCGA discipline there are 400 Culinary Assistants supporting active-duty Coast Guard around the globe. As a result the organization created an award in the image of his work. This is the 7th highest award given and the recipient gets his engraved name on a wall in Coast Guard Headquarters. He is still in service to our country.

Mitchell also innovated the “Living in Art” concept, which emphasizes the experience of your home. over mere technical details. This approach proved so effective that an advertisement in Unique Homes, initially placed on page 380, was promoted over 100 pages forward due to its compelling nature, adding significant value to clients on tight budgets.

During his corporate career, Mitchell consistently ranked first in every sales contest and served as a sales instructor across three and a half states.

In the Coast Guard, he earned the Civilian Employee of the Year Award for volunteerism and provided meals to the small boat crew of Station New York. His innovative solution for surge operations led to the establishment of a permanent field galley, earning him a medal for Achievement in Professionalism and Leadership, while his entire unit received the Meritorious Unit Award.

Mitchell’s work in creating a galley of his design involved 2,600 hours over six months. This effort serves as a model for the Coast Guard Auxiliary’s highest honor, the New Auxiliarist of the Year award, with the recipient’s name engraved at USCG Headquarters. He has accumulated over 45 medals and ribbons, including a life-saving award.

At the gym he was watching people dropping their towels and after examining the issue he used conic function to drape a vertex around the neck in which to secure it from falling. Just another creative solution to a problem . Seeing the unseen is a special skill. For 700 years the world has searched for the lost artifacts of the crusades. On day while folding laundry, a meditative practice first employed in college, he heard, “This is a treasure map that probably uses data from other sources.” He turned his attention to the program and solved the cipher.

Perhaps uncovering the location of histories most coveted religious artifacts. In solving the cipher of the Star Chart & Keys he also revealed the hidden secrets of the Free Masons. This find is currently the subject of a book he is writing.

By envisioning that almost anything is achievable, we can make it possible. What challenge can we help you tackle?

Janet Adler, Research and Referral for BoMB, she is the principle broker of Janet Adler Realty, LLC NY,NY and has been licensed in New York since 1991. Starting at the Feathered Nest of Manhattan. When the information advancements mitigated the need for a large firm she saw the advantage of providing independent services. Her help is invaluable.

Janet served rigorously with Friends of P.S. 169 for over 25 years. The Friends of PS 169 is an organization of volunteers who raise funds for inner city learning disabled children to attend a specialized therapeutic summer camp, Camp Ramapo, in Rhinebeck, NY.

Janet is always involved in the community either on her Condo Board or with the city’s Design Committee.

We serve people and respect their trust.

Debbie Adler, Comptroller, has been licensed in New York real estate since 2002 in the family brokerage in Manhattan. She holds a degree in marketing and worked for one of the nation’s top marketing firms, Mark Communications.

Indeed, she has and has had many licenses in the public trust. Such as a current NYS Sales Associate, a Series 7, Securities Exchange Commission as a Stock Broker. As well as a Series 63, Blue Sky license. In the past, she was a branch manager for Muriel Siebert Co. and held the appropriate licensure for branch manager.

Buying a home means serious consideration of one’s income and expense burden. Her experience in real estate, marketing, and fiscal matters makes her rather unique to the real estate industry.

She is an active member of the community and has been on the board of directors for a public NYC charity, Friends of P.S. 169. As we know the charity sent emotionally challenged children to summer camp. She helped organize and attended book drives and cake sales to raise awareness and money for the charity.

The Friends of P.S. 169 sent these children completely outfitted and all expenses prepaid. They were able to escape the city and perhaps dysfunctional neighborhoods or families. Their special needs were attended to by the specially trained staff at the camp.

She was a member of the NYC Maltese Rescue and was a foster until rescues could find their permanent home. She did this from 2005 until 2022, when she began to frequent Miami Beach. Caging the animal was something she detested and had to give up her work with the group.

When working with Best of Miami Beach, her insight and advice are indispensable. Because of her financial work, she has a long list of investors, many of whom are looking to purchase properties here in southern Florida.
